This hotel deserves recognition for its amazing staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic. Literally next to the Opera House and close to public transport, it was so convenient to get around and explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with everything being well maintained and clean. The breakfast provided was also great, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast at Dormero Hotel Budapest was delicious and had a good variety of options. We enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. The USB sockets in the room were a great feature, great to easily charge our devices. The service at breakfast was subpar, with understaffed employees who seemed disinterested in customers. Tables were not being cleared promptly, and cutlery and crockery were not being restocked quickly enough.
